Lipstick return

Hello,

I purchased CT lipstick today from the store. I have opened the packaging and used  one time on my lips to see how it looks. 

After an hour my lips are all dry, so not liking it already. 

Not sure if I can return it or not? I have original packaging and receipt with me.
