Link phone number to account?

How can I link my phone number to my account? There is no option online to add a phone number.

I have this problem too but I’m carrying two different point balances, one for in store purchases where I give my phone number and one for online purchases where I use my email. I thought it was just slow to update in the app. It sucks because I’ve been insider all this time but if all my spending was together I’d would’ve had VIB status a long time ago. Please help and thanks!
