Link Beauty Insider card to account

Hi I want to link my beauty insider card number to my online account, thanks

I am also having an issue linking my beauty insider account with my sephora online account - it would be more helpful if you posted the solution rather than PMing everyone.  There's no place to add your phone number, I feel like that would solve this problem since that's what you use in stores to use your BI account?

Clients are not able to link accounts on their own, and our customer support teams will need to assist. I'll send you a message requesting your registered email address, phone number, and BI card number so I can link them.

IIm having. the same issue. I  want to link my online beauty insider account to my phone number. Im not able to see any of the in store purchases on my app 😞 I only ever know how many points I have when I give them my phone number in store.
