Lengthy Delays on Returns

Anyone else having very lengthy delays on returns?  I had 2 confirmed received and scanned in 10 days ago and I still have not received the email confirmation...And, the chat is ALWAYS busy and apparently Sephora is not responding to emails.  I understand they are likely short-staffed, but I have not had issues like this with hardly any other company....The email confirmation is supposed to be received 2-3 days after they confirm receipt.  Any suggestions/similar issues?

@KellyLynn722 It can take 2-3 weeks from the time you send your return back to process your return. I'll send you a PM for more information.

I've had the same issue. I was told that by a CS rep that they hadn't even received my return shipment yet and it's already been 2 weeks. I knew that it would be 2 to 3 weeks to receive a credit confirmation but I didn't expect it to take 2 to 3 week to even receive the box! Now it's going to be more than the 60 days because the returns policy is based off of the order date, not the received date (took a solid 2 weeks to get to me). If I knew it would take 3 WEEKS in transit/shipping time back, I would have never sent it back. It hasn't even started to be processed yet and I haven't gotten an email saying it was received.

 

I'm so annoyed at how bad this return policy is considering everything that is going on right now!
