Leaky Product

I just ordered a mini tower 28 sos spray, but to my disappointment when i opened it the bottle had leaked all over, luckily not much product was lost, but it got other products in the package slightly damp. Has this happened before? Tower 28 Beauty Mini SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray with Hypochlorous Acid 1 oz/ 30 mL
