Leaked Shampoo

Hi, I received my order today and the shampoo I purchased was not sealed/closed properly and about 1/8 of the bottle leaked inside the bag it was placed in.  How do I get either a replacement product or a partial refund?  I really hate to go thru the hassle of returning it.  I do have pictures I can provide if needed.
