Leaked Product

Received my package today and opened it to find my product completely leaked in a plastic bag. The product also leaked into the box and damaged the packaging of a makeup palette I was planning to gift. I’m hoping can return it to a store and get a new one or get a new one sent to me with no charge. Disappointed I can no longer gift the makeup palette due to the water damage.
