Leaked Product

Hi,

 

My order was delivered today (despite being marked by UPS as already delivered yesterday) and the entire content of the CLINIQUE Take The Day Off Makeup Remover For Lids, Lashes & Lips # (6.7oz) leaked all over the box. The bottle containing the makeup remover was empty, the entire box was wet, all the other item in the package (#Dior lip balm) and the sample were also soaked in makeup remover. To top it all up, UPS has repackaged the Sephora box which was already open and marked it as a delivery from Amazon.com.

 

How can I go about getting the products replaced? Thank you!

Laurie from Sephora was super helpful and they sent me replacement. The replacement arrived yesterday, however almost half a bottle was spilled in the bag. Probably Clinique changed the packaging, since I ordered this product before and it always arrived with no leakage.
