Lasership/ Flash Shippping

I just had my first experience with Lasership through Sephora and I have to say, after doing further research, I am feeling pretty dissatisfied. 

 

On the Sephora end, I already have reached out and received some great customer support; my items are being reprocessed and shipped out. 

 

However, on the Lasership end, when I reached out I only got a "we can't confirm that we have control of your shipment, so we've deemed it lost. Please contact the seller". I'm pretty bummed they won't take responsibility for their mistakes. Well, I decided to do some more digging 

 

 

Apparently, Lasership has a reputation for targeting Sephora boxes and stealing them. They are known to mark packages as 'shipped' without actually delivering them. They are known to hang up on customers, and to do nothing to help the customers they steal from. 

 

I am linking here all the places that I have heard of Sephora customers getting their boxes stolen: If anyone has better sources, or if you recognize one of my sources as a bad one, please let me know!

Maybe Sephora can add an option to choose your shipment carrier? I just don't want to be forced to choose a shipment carrier that is KNOWN to target Sephora boxes for stealing.
