Kohls Sephora account

I have been on the phone with both Kohl’s and Sephora agents for an hour and a half today. No one can help me link my Sephora account to my Kohl’s account. Every time it says my insider account is already linked to a different Kohl’s account which is non existent. Anyone know what to do? I’m trying to take advantage of the sale Kohl’s/sephora has going on. Please help me.
