Klarna not working

Hi, I am trying to make a purchases with klarna as I have a reward with them. When I am directed to go to Klarna I get an error that states sephora is not transmitted the correct information. Please HELP! One of the items I need is almost sold out.

I’m curious if you were ever offered a solution to your issue? It’s quite frustrating that these Sephora reps jump on here and reply that they sent a PM but offer no solution.

Hi, Thank you for the reply. I reached out to them 1st and after troubleshooting they discovered the error was on Sephora's end 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have reached out to Klarna and they said there is nothing wrong with my account. I have used Klarna in other retail stores so this isnt a klarna issue. I have also checked the link you sent and there is no section for purchasing it online.
