KVD good Apple foundation used??

Y’all, I just got the KVD good apple foundation and it looks used right out of the box? Is this normal? Someone please tell me... there’s a speck and what looks like a tool imprint.

You know what? Given the whole pandemic situation, I would err on the side of caution and just get an exchange to be safe. It looks a bit dodgy to me. I definitely wouldn't be comfortable using it, and I am sure your intuition is saying the same.

@SashaKeys  I’m not sure what it’s supposed to look like but was there a clear plastic film on it that might have made that smudge? You can always contact customer service and ask as well. I really enjoy using the chat feature!!!
