Its been weeks...why haven't i received a refund?

I make multiple orders OFTEN lol and this time i had 1 item each to return  for 3 orders i had made (i had an allergic skin reaction to the La Mer products i purchased). I mailed 3 separate boxes on the same day and only 1 of the 3 were refunded back. One of these products were $215.00 so I am wondering why did one box get a refund and where are the other 2 boxes?
