Items returned and no refund!

Sephora received my returned items on April 25 and sent me an email confirmation stating "We've received your return (thank you!). Your refund will occur within 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's complete." 

 

I tried to follow-up through online chat, and was told to wait until 5/31 for the refund. It has now been almost 2 months since they received my items, and yet haven't gotten my refund! This is taking ridiculously long and have been told that there is nothing they can do by an online-chat advisor just now.
