Damaged and opened product in online delivery

Hi there, I received my online order the other day and one of the Biossance products I bought was already open and looked damaged and tampered with. This product contains a sleeping mask, which I would not trust to use anymore along with the rest of the products if they’ve been worn, used or tampered with. On top of that, I went to the Fairview Sephora store and they told me they couldn’t do anything and to call in. Now I have to go back another trip again? Very disappointed in the terrible service and wrong info I’m getting.
