Issues with product dispensing

I purchased the Sunday Riley Luna Oil in the 35mL size during the last rouge sale and just started using it this week.  I’ve been unable to use the dropper to dispense the product.  It appears to be clogged?

I have to tap the dropper to try and get product out, or attempt to pour it out carefully.  This is also not great because it contaminants the product.  

It’s very disappointing since the Luna oil is very expensive and I can’t enjoy using the product.  Is there anyway to get a replacement dropper sent to me?
