Issue with Posting Reviews for Clarins Extra-Firming Night & Day Cream

I have attempted to submit reviews for the Clarins Extra-Firming Night Cream and Clarins Extra-Firming Day Cream multiple times, but they have not been published on the website. I wanted to check if there is an issue with my submissions or if any additional steps are required on my end.

Could you please look into this and let me know why my reviews are not being posted? I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

I am having the same issue. It's been well over 72 hours and I can't find my reviews.

@princessiest, my apologies! This has been corrected, and you should see the reviews on the site within 48 hours. In the future, we recommend leaving reviews on the > www.sephora.com/ca/fr site.

@suchi27 I have approved these reviews for you and they should post within 24 hours. Typically reviews written in French should be submitted on our French-Canadian site. On the app, you can switch regions by going to your profile and selecting app settings. On the desktop or mobile site, you can switch regions on the bottom right of the home page.
