Is this normal? Leaking bottle?

I purchased dpHUE cool brunette shampoo and conditioner. $26/each. The conditioner came dirty and used. I used this shampoo one time, the other day, and it's leaking! It comes up through the top, while closed mind you, and it leaks at the bottom of the cap. This is expensive shampoo and conditioner and I will NOT repurchase again if the bottles normally leak! It just continually leaks through the day. I went to shower and realized my shower had blue streaks just from it sitting there. Total waste of money! I will attach pictures of the bottle
