Is Sephora Sweepstake a SCAM??

Sephora is getting cheaper on their reward program so they keep throwing some thing like Sweepstake to make people spent thousands points on this SCAM!

On the promotion page it said the winner will receive an email around August 28,2020Go in to the "Official Rule" it said the prize will be draw on August, 28You can also find this winner list inside the official rulesIt's Sep 30th and the winner list is STILL EMPTY!
