Invalid gift card

I received a Sephora gift card (brand new) for Christmas and went to use it online today and it keeps telling me my pin should be 8 digits but on the back of the Sephora gift card it is only showing a 6 digit pin. I called the back of the card and the balance of the gift card is the correct amount of $50 but the pin to finalize the transaction is not accurate. I called the gift card help phone number and they verified this was an ongoing complaint but provided me with no solution. Is there anyway this gift card issue can be fixed and useable? I feel like $50 is lost out on because of this invalid 6 digit pin

I'm also having the same problem! I returned a gift today and they gave me the money on the gift card and the receipt only has a 6 digit authorization #. Please let me know how I can fix this!!

I have the exact same issue. My card is only printed with a 6 digit PIN code. I was on the phone with Sephora yesterday and they basically said the card is useless. It has $100 on it and I’m going to miss out on the sale items I want. I’m a VIB Rouge status too! When I call the toll free number it says there is $100 on the card but I can’t use it with out an 8 digit pin.
