Invalid Postal Code

I can’t complete my purchase because I need to enter a valid postal code in check out. I live in the unites states and we do not use the 6 digit postal code format that incorporates letters and number. We use 5 number. Does anyone have a solution or suggestion?

My apologies! It sounds like you are on the Sephora Canada site, rather than the Sephora US site. If you're using the desktop browser, please scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen to switch to the US site. If you're using the Sephora app, please click your name/photo icon near the bottom center of the screen, then scroll down to App Settings, and switch to the US site.
