Instant Firm Eye Cream

I purchased this product through Sephora and, I am VERY disappointed. I am an African American Woman, dark skinned and, using this product leaves the white film under my eyes. This was supposed to be an improved formula, great for all skin types/ colors but; proves to be false. 
I would like my money back, and I can send the rest of this product back as well. Can someone please advise me??
