Insider points not showing

I just downloaded the Sephora app to order stuff online and just realised my Insider points are not there! I have my Insider card that I've been using for a while in stores and I know I have points on there, is there a reason why they're not showing on the app??

Hi @Anonymous! Beauty Insider points are now added a few hours after the order is placed.  If you don't see the points on your account within 24 hours, please let me know!

Thnak you for your response! I got my points from my recent purchase online, but the points I had before are still not showing, from my pasts purchases in store. Did I lose them?

@Anonymous - It looks like you may have two separate accounts! Please send me a private message with your BI card number or any email addresses your accounts might be under and I can see if you have multiple accounts!
