Insider Points GONE

I’m so upset!!! I spent years saving up 2500+ insider points only for them to have expired due to inactivity DURING A PANDEMIC. Could there not have been a waiver for what’s been going on? People are out here struggling. I was going to place an order when I discovered them gone, but this makes me question if I even want to give my business to Sephora anymore period.

I understand how your feeling! Was so upset to find out that 5000+ points that I’ve been saving up for 7+ years are now all expired. Didn’t receive any warning or anything. No email stating that they were about to expire. And in the middle of a pandemic ! This is incredibly frustrating.
