Is this whiteish thing at the bottom of the InnBeauty lip oil normal? 🤔 I asked customer service but the person who helped me was a bit rude. So I wanted to see if you guys could help a girl out 😂 I had read that some bottles came with mold so it left me a bit concerned. 

Also: Does this lip oil cause tingling in lips/tongue? Idk if it’s just me lol
