Incorrect Subtotal

I am trying to place an order for 2 items for gifts and in the cart it says estimated subtotal is $33.60 but when I go to checkout it says $15.41. I'm not sure if it's a glitch but before I order I want to make sure I will actually get both products. Also, I'm not really sure what to tag this on.
