Incomplete and delayed orders?

  I recently became a Sephora fan and have been ordering like crazy. (Also signed up for 2 day Flash Shipping and Sephora Play).  The site is a little wonky sometimes, but I've learned to deal even if that means waiting a couple hours and have been pretty happy with the orders I've received. Sometimes samples are different but that doesn't bother me, and 2 day flash shipping should really be 2 days the way it is with Amazon Prime but is often more like 5... but again, not a huge deal. 

 

   What is concerning me is that 3 of my last 4 orders are either incomplete or still processing since the 22nd. For the incomplete orders, I am being understanding because each contained a Weekly Wow ABH liquid lip and I'm guessing they ran out of stock (though the colors shouldn't have been listed as available if that was so) but even my samples are still being included in the delayed "processing" part of one order?

 

  Of greater concern is a large order I am really looking forward to that was made early morning on the 22nd is "still processing" and none of those items were Weekly Wow or are listed as out of stock.   

  

   I am just disappointed in the service so far. I want to love Sephora and one or two issues are fine, but add everything together and it's a lot of needless frustration when I can shop for the same products elsewhere. 😞

Yea same here. I placed order Tuesday morning around 10:30 or so and still no tracking number!!! I'm use to dealing with places if you order by 12 noon you will have a tracking number later that evening nope! Not Sephora lol still waiting for tracking number uuuugghh smh never should it take 2 days to get a tracking number

Well since I complained about tracking info Sephora cancelled my whole order!!! 😡😡😡😡

No problem! I think there was an issue with the tracker updating, everything was only just starting to show as shipped by Monday/Tuesday but I received multiple boxes today with all of my ordered products. 🙂
