Inadequately packaged

The package I received was inadequately packaged, with the box visibly damaged and loosely secured with insufficient tape. Literally the cardboard flaps were not big enough to cover the box and the clear tape did not properly makeup for the fact that this box and its contents were entirely visible. The fragile label was not adhered properly near the front and back and the overall condition suggests a lack of care in packing. This has raised concerns about the safety and integrity of the contents. I called and was asked to state which products I deemed suspect (the conditioner) and the lack of any samples.

However, I do not think I was clear enough about how this package according to Canada Post would be unfit as it was not adequately encased in an outer shipping container (the box) again due to both sides of the box having visible gaps only closed by a single layer of clear tape. I honestly no longer feel comfortable purchasing online when packages come this way. In the last picture it is hard to tell there even is tape at the bottom of the box.
