In Store Pre-Made Samples

Hi new to Sephora here.

Are you able to get Pre-Made samples/samples in-store without buying anything?

I gave up on Sephora. If I order online I can't return to my local store since it's one at Kohl's. I have to drive 2 hours to a full store. They NEVER have the birthday sets. So I can't ever get mine unless I order something online. The store here at Kohls told me they don't do free samples in your bag at checkout anymore. You can hardly get samples or get the wrong ones ordering online. The store cast members wont make me samples from testers and say they quit that during pandemic. This store used to be  better than other Cosmetics stores because of the EXPERIENCE of being their customer and a rewards member. The personal attention, tutorials in store, the oodles of samples and goodies. It felt like luxury to average gals. Now it's not worth it because it's just like any other store such as Ulta.
