In-Store Points was not applied

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else purchased at a Kohls Sephora and did not get your points multiplied? I am missing out on 391 points and plenty more from an online order from July 15th and 16th. Is there a delay or days of processing?

I also had an in-store purchase-my 1st with Sephora and don’t see the points applied. Do they link the account to your phone#?

This has happened to me as well. Every purchase in store I’m not getting my points and during covid I had 1575 points now I had none after lockdown n now not getting my points for in store purchases. I’d like all my points I’ve earned please. I’m a single mom I really needed n earned those points. With my last time in store purchase I should have close to 2000 points yet I show nothing. I work at Ulta yet I buy from Sephora please restore my points. Thank you
