Impossible to redeem Beauty Insider offer

Hello,

I received the beauty insiders offer today (12/01) for 20% off with promo code YAYGIFTING but everytime I try to enter the code I have the following message "Must be logged into Beauty Insider account to redeem this offer." Even though I’m logged into my account online or in the app. I tried everything but nothing seems to work.. Can someone please assist me? (I’m in Canada) Thanks a lot!
