IMPOSSIBLE REFUND OF 500 HUNDRED DOLAR LOST ORDER!!!

Hello there! i'm gonna tell you my experience, the order 37580959660 

On july 1st i placed my order with sephora!!! And by july 8th the LSO tracking page showed that the package is delivered...i never recieved the order, not even in my front door, and i also looked for it with the neighboors and they did not recieved anything, beacuse they know me and they would have returned me my box.. Sephora team is not taking responsability for it beacue of my delivery adress which is the regal row building. They told me to communicate directly with LSO team and they gave me the SAME ANSWER! 

I cannot file a claim with LSO since i'm not the accout holder. 

I'm really really sad and pissed now because there's no possible way anyone can help me ? 

 

Can someone recomend me what can i do in this situation?

People, after everything, sephora team analyzed this conversations with LSO and decided to refund me. 
I really appreciate that ! 

Hope this never happens to me again 😣
