I wish sephora stopped using CDL

So.... Whenever i see that my sephora package is being delivered by CDL i panic.  My package is usually stolen, but CDL's customer service likes to say "lost".  This has happened to me every time sephora ships with CDL. I thought, maybe im just unlucky and then, to my surprise I found a reddit post all about people never getting their sephora packages from CDL. I would love to be able to chose my carrier, the customer service representative was able to when I spoke 2 her, so why can't we??? Im getting tired of spending money on items i never receive or having to have sephora ship me out a new one and have to wait even longer.  We all spend alot of money at sephora, give us a better shipping service please, it's really ridiculous I had to come here and post a whole rant about it.
