I received an empty Buxom lipgloss tube.

Yesterday I received my order in the mail and was excited only to find my Buxom plump shot serum tube empty. It wasn't just empty, it was bone dry. There was no evidence that any product was ever in the tube, no residue at all. I'm assuming there was an error during manufacturing. Hopefully I'll get a refund or exchange. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Will I get a refund?
