I purchased something to use my points, but haven’t received them.

I made a purchase and today i received 3 samples (didn’t get the ones i chose) and the face mask i bought. I bought the face mask because it was only $4 because I wanted to spend my beauty insider points online. In the package there were none of them. I ordered the cover fix mattifying primer, boscia exfoliating gel, boscia skin care for your selfie kit, and the OLEHENRIKSEN Find Your Balance™ Oil Control Cleanser. I am sorry to hear this. Sometimes the samples that you have selected will go out of stock and our warehouses will substitute them for something different. If you did not receive your rewards deluxe samples please send me a PM with your order number and I will look into this further for you.

When a sample even a beauty gift bought with your BI points is out of stock they adjust it before shipping. if the invoice has them on it and subtracted points you need to call customer service. This has been my experience anyways..good luck
