I missed my birthday gift

Hi, my birthday was Dec 4th & I missed my birthday gift because they were out of stock when I went to a Sephora store in person. I also never got my usual birthday email from Sephora. I didn’t get any birthday/insider notifications in 2020 or 2021 either, even though I’m subscribed to the emails. I’ve been in the middle of a cross-state move & was relying on that email to remind me to order my birthday gift to my new address, but it never came. I’ve been taking care of a family member who fell ill with cancer but decided try to pick up my gift in person. I went to Sephora both before and after my birthday, but was told the gifts were out of stock? It sucks because not only did I miss out on my birthday gifts for 3 years, but also on the bonus points. Is there anything that can be done about at the very least, my recent birthday as a one-time courtesy?

Hello, my birthday was two weeks ago and I forgot to redeem it. I went to the Brea Mall (Brea, CA) yesterday evening and the sales associate told me to reach out in here to see if I can obtain the birthday gift. Please advise if it’s possible. Thank you.
