I couldn’t find mine either! I checked my email and app for it and nothing. I contacted customer service and they weren’t very helpful. The one person I spoke to said my sister would have to message customer service to get a code…which makes no sense at all. My sister never shops at Sephora so I’m sure if she messaged customer service saying “hey give me a code because you told my rogue sister you’d give me one” they’d be like wtf. I told them this is very frustrating and I would like to speak to someone higher up who can find my code/generate a code for me. I got a code but we will see if it even works. I feel like sephoras customer service has definitely taken a hit. I also asked why I can’t see my code in the app and they couldn’t answer that. I’ve been rogue for years and I think this year I’m gonna let it lapse

@unitednationz I'm sorry to hear that!  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your registered email address and the details. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.

I spent over two hours yesterday dealing with Sephora’s (lack of) customer service. One guy said to just wait until the 31st because they can show up for some people then (totally makes sense…). The other guy, well he was something special. Despite asking me to repeat my issue so many times I lost count, he gave me a code. Then told me to give that code to the person I’m sharing with and then tell them to call CS with that code to get the link. Then he said they can go in a store with the code and just use my email. I think it’s safe to say he made up the code because a. that’s preposterous to even inconvenience people that way and b. we entertained him and she called with this fake code and not one person knew what she was talking about. 

After nearly 20 years, I think this is my last year with Sephora. 

Mind you, they sabotaged my account merge 3 times and I’m pretty sure my account is messed up due to it. My reviews lost their verified purchase badge and it’s been this way for over a year. I’ve talked to at least 6 people who all claimed to escalate and fix it. It’s not fixed. 

I’m embarrassed for them. 

Edit: I’m ROUGE and just noticed it’s showing me as VIB. 💀 I’m over it.
