I can not use BUZZYMAKEUP code

I have tried to use the BUZZYMAKEUP code at checkout and it gives and error saying that I should be logged in as a Beauty Insider which I am and that I should have a clean product in the cart (have more than one in the cart), what can I do to fix this? 🥹

Same girl! I didn’t buy my cart because it won’t let me use the code. I’m beyond annoyed. It keeps saying I’m not logged in. If I’m not logged in… how did I make this comment??
