Huda Beauty Pretty Grunge: Mold?

I was super excited to buy the pretty grunge palette; however, after I picked it up, I noticed one of the eyeshadows had a couple of weird bumps, and I'm wondering if this is mold or something else. I had never tried Huda Beauty before and was super excited to try this palette.

Hi, did they ever confirm to you if this was mold or not? I just got my palette and the cream shadow Grunge looks pretty much like yours. Is it safe to use? I've been searching online for answers but I havent found a concrete answer.

I know this post is older, but recently got this palette in February before going out of state. My cream black had the same bumps, except it had 4 patches of the clusters. Does anyone know if this was confirmed to be mold?? I've been using the powders and have been seemingly fine but I'm afraid to use the thing I was initially most excited for of this palette.

I bought one palette for myself and one for my sister and both have the same issue with the black color. I checked out their website and that color should be smooth but ours has those weird bumps. HUDA BEAUTY Pretty Grunge Eyeshadow Palette

Did you hear anything back? Noone has replied to me and I'm thinking this palette has to go back. I'm super disappointed but I can't risk it with my health issues.

I just got my palette today and mine has little spots in it too. Has anyone confirmed if it's mold or not?

mine has the same exact spots in the black color. this does not look like oil bloom, which is usually speckle shaped and raised. only other thing it could be is mold. extremely disappointing, this was my first ever Huda beauty purchase.

eww. I don’t know what that is but for eye shadow , Urban Decay and hourglass are my favourites. I’d return this and get a different brand.
