How to add item to the cart with no "buy" or "add to cart" button?

I'm new to Sephora and received a mini trial size of Sephora Instant Eye makeup remover. So, like everything else I buy, I went online, created an account with Sephora, found the item I wanted and then when I tried to add it to my cart, found there was no button to add to basket. I noticed below there were some suggested items and they had add to basket buttons, but if I clicked on the item to read about it in more detail, it also has no add item to basket button. What gives? I cleaned my cache of cookies and history with no changes. This is an issue for me on both of my android devices (I don't have a computer). I've had the same problem for months! In the web browser and in the app. No one has ever offered a solution. You have to call in your order.

I am also experiencing the same issue. So frustrating!! Please fix. I am using Android on Galaxy s8 if that is relevant.

As I said in my original question, I have already cleared my cache, browser history and restarted. I use Chrome and everything is up to date. This only happens on this website. Fortunately, I was able to find a really good makeup remover from another site (different brand) but it seems silly that Sephora website is unusable with the most widely used devices (android) and the most popular browser.

I appreciate your response. However, I downloaded the app and was able to complete the transaction using that. Not sure why it won't work through Chrome. I did not try to clear cookies, though. I'll see if that works. Thank you!

Weird, it works fine on my browser. I suggest using a different browser try downloading chrome?

I am having the same problem.  My 20% coupon expires today and I've been trying to shop and there are no "add to basket" buttons on any of the products. It's extremely frustrating!!! I've tried different search engines and even rebooted my phone, nothing is working.
