How to access W2 after quitting sephora?

Had to leave my Sephora location due to personal reasons, but I cant access Dayforce or any portals anymore. I need my W2 but the sephora headquarters told me a number for the work number which is not helpful. My store has not replied to me as well. Please help me in navigating this!
