How long does it take to get a reply on my email?

Hello.

I have sent you several emails regarding my order which did not have all of the products I ordered, but you are never responding on my email. Why?

It took 6 days for me to get an email response and 9 days on the customer support forum. They are experiencing higher than normal volume. Have you tried calling?

Im from Europe and calling to US cost like 15dollar for one minute, so I have to wait for a reply on my email. It´s really frustrating!!
