How long does a return take?

Hi!

I returned several items in the same box via UPS mail over full two weeks ago (sent the package on 2/22/18), and I still have not received a refund for the items I sent back. How long does this take?  I also never received any  communication from Sephora about them receiving the package, processing the return, etc.

I am having an issue with a recent return as well. I sent two orders in the same package on 3/23 and after talking with sephora customer service on the phone they told me they still have not received the package. I was told that this happens sometimes and to wait another 2 weeks. Hopefully it ends up there, $160 is in that box. 😞
