SEPHORA has such horrible customer service. My package is literally missing. It was delivered to another city so I brought it up to Sephora, What did they say to me? Sorry we cannot give you a reshipment because we have helped you in the past with orders when it’s like that was over a year ago and it was your fault that my items came damaged yet I am having to suffer the consequences of their fault now and I am $63 out now And they won’t even help me. For being such a huge company that makes so much money I expect so much better service than that. I am rouge, and I spend so much money there every year but I’m really starting to think I shouldn’t anymore.

I’m really annoyed I go into Sephora all the time and drop money today was my bday and I dropped 200 I didn’t know I had to mention sale to get 30% off so I paid full price for everything what awful feeling coming home knowing just because I didn’t mention it in my bday she charged me full price #arden Sephora sacramento

@ikuko23 I'm so sorry for the confusion! The Sephora Savings Event is only currently live for Rouge members and I see that your status is Insider. Rouge can shop early with their discount starting on Friday, April 5, while VIB and Insiders can shop starting on Tuesday, April 9.
