Highly Disappointed

Soooo after already being delayed, I received my package JUST NOW, and the main item I was excited for apparently was damaged and used?!? There is literally an “X” carved in the back, and I literally had to bite the top off because there was so much old, caked up polish that I had to twist the top off with my teeth. This is NOT the quality I expect from Sephora. This nail polish was definitely used before it reached me and last time I checked I wasn’t paying for second hand items. This is how Rouge members are treated now? Good to know.
