Help with Sephora Credit Card

Hello everyone, I am looking for help to figure out how Sephora credit card reports that I am behind payments. I have never received the credit card or any statements saying I am behind on payment. Now my credit is down 100pts. I opened up a dispute and cancelled the card. Yet, I have not received any notification for this. Now, there is another late payment on my account. Can someone please help me on what to do or who to call for help on this matter?
