Help cancelling same day delivery

I have a free trial that ends tomorrow. It’s not letting me cancel because it says an order is still processing even though i haven’t made any orders nor do i have any orders on the way rn. I can’t afford it and i want to cancel it but it won’t let me!!! Please help!
