I had a couple missing products from my order that came in this morning. One item was missing from ren clean skincare kit. Box didn’t have no seal sticker and the bag was open. They also changed my samples that I did not choose from, but I have only received ONE sample. This is very disappointing. I’ve been a member for 8 years. They told me to SEND BACK THE ORGINAL REN CLEAN SKINCARE KIT. It’s very INCONVENIENT for me. I jus don’t understand why they didn’t ask me to send what was missing from the box?! All I want is what was missing. Sephora is NOT FAIR & they’re NOT SORRY. It’s BS!!!! I’m so fed up with this company.
