Help! Unable to place order!

Please help!

 

I am getting the following message trying to place my order:

Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.
If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account.”

 

I double checked the information and billing address and everything is correct.

 

Please help!

@NimishaR, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
