Help! Rouge can't make purchases via app or website, can't update information or store locations

Hello! 

For the past month, I have been unable to update my address or payment information in the app or on the website. I have contacted the chat and also sent a complaint to the customer service email.

Not only can't I update my address and phone number or payment information, the app won't allow me to do a purchase and local store pick up. It assigns a store far away, and when I try to update it it won't allow me to.

The only thing I have received help on is making sure all my points are applied.
